I start by telling people I'm crazy. They tend not to look at me as weird when I start fighting with myself or having conversations with characters in my head. I write. All the time. There are constantly stories.

I love all kinds of art buy I'm drawn to things I can do with my hands instead of digital. I work with yarn. I crochet all kinds of clothes and winter wear but my favorite, very favorite, is making creatures from yarn (usually crochet). I work with cold porcelain. I make ornaments and figures. I paint.

But I have to admit drawing is my honest absolute favorite. Whether hand lettering quotes, working up something fan art or fantasy from my head, or just drawing landscapes, there's something centering about a pencil and pad in my hands.
